BESCHREIBUNG:

Die erste Achterbahn aus dem Hause Schwarzkopf, die komplett aus Stahl gefertigt wurde, war 1964 die im Firmenprospekt so bezeichnete "Stahl Acht Bahn". Die erste Bahn ging damals an die deutsche Schaustellerfima Schippers & van de Ville. Bekannt auch als "Wildcat", wurde die "Stahl Acht Bahn" später in drei Größen angeboten und produziert. Bei der Anlage, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, handelt es sich um "Die wilden Fünfziger" der Schaustellerfirma Vorlop, welche die große Version ist. Interessanterweise trug diese Bahn  lange den Namen, unter dem die erste Bahn einst vorgestellt wurde: "Super Acht Bahn". 

Die Bilder entstanden (außer dem ersten) im Mai 1998 auf der Sprödentalkirmes in Krefeld. 

Schwarzkopfs first full steel coaster was the "Stahl Acht Bahn", better known as "Wildcat", built in 1964. Later on, three sizes were available. The coaster shown above is "Die wilden Fünfziger" ("the wild fifties"), which is owned and operated by the german showmen company Vorlop. It is model number three and so the largest of them. Interesting is that this coaster for years has had the same name, that the very first model was presented under that time : "Super Acht Bahn". 

The pictures (except the first one) were taken in may 1998 at the "Sprödental" fairground in Krefeld, Germany.
